Unfortunately, I fear I'm probably too late to get the law tweaked. It is what it is, I guess, with all it's inconsistencies. You have to pay with EBT to get the exemption, is the standard rule, and they are free to only limit you to one type of bag, if they choose. That's the interpretation they are going with.
You have to TELL them you are paying with EBT, so this makes you feel a little inferior.

Net Neutrility Restored for Washington?
As you probably know, Net Neutrility was repealed Federally, or is at least on it's way out. However, Washington State is leading the case by trying to pass a law (State Law) that will keep Net Neutrility. I don't know exactly how that's going to work at this point.
