Bag Law - Update

Unfortunately, I fear I'm probably too late to get the law tweaked. It is what it is, I guess, with all it's inconsistencies. You have to pay with EBT to get the exemption, is the standard rule, and they are free to only limit you to one type of bag, if they choose. That's the interpretation they are going with.

You have to TELL them you are paying with EBT, so this makes you feel a little inferior.
